BREEAM, the world’s foremost environmental assessment method and rating system for buildings, recognised the high achievement and contribution that their Assessors make to the scheme through the inaugural BREEAM Assessor Awards.
Alan has just been presented with the Award for the Highest Percentage of Certified Assessments for ‘Excellent’ Rated Buildings (over the last 5 years) . This award recognises consistently high scoring developments as almost two thirds of the assessments carried out by Alan have scored a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
The ceremony took place in London on 24 May 2011 as part of BREEAM’s Annual Conference and 21st birthday celebrations.
