Alan Pither Ltd runs Code for Sustainable Homes assessor training courses in Bristol and Manchester in partnership with BRE.
The course is a three day training course usually run over 3 weeks with an exam day about a month later. The qualification is required for anyone wanting to assess new homes against the Code for Sustainable Homes.
There are no minimum pre-course entry requirements but knowledge of construction, SAP assessment and/or environmental issues is an advantage.
Courses should be booked directly with BRE.
In-house courses can be arranged elsewhere for a minimum of 6 people if an organisation has training facilities available.
