The Level 3 Diploma in On Construction Domestic Energy Assessment (OCDEA) is the qualification required for anyone wanting to issue EPCs on new build domestic dwellings.

Alan Pither Ltd is a member of the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) training consortium which provides the training for the ABBE Level 3 Diploma in OCDEA that is offered by the NHER scheme. Regular courses are run in Milton Keynes and London. For full details please click here.
