The Level 3 Diploma in Operational Ratings, which is the qualification required for anyone wanting to issue Display Energy Certificates (DECs) on public buildings, is usually offered as a one-day top-up course for those already qualified as a NDEA at Level 3. Alternatively a three-day course can be arranged for others with experience of surveying buildings.
The courses are run in various locations around the West Midlands and Wales. In-house courses can be arranged elsewhere if an organisation has training facilities available.
